Plug and Start
there are 2 CASES :
If the column lock is locked in the open position (steering wheel not locked), simply unplug the column lock and plug in the emulator.
If the column lock is locked in the closed position (steering wheel locked), you'll need to remove the column lock, then plug in the emulator.
